English IV: Sixth Blog

 Hi readers! Today, in the sixth and last blog, I will be writing about the English language challenges. This course is my first and only English course I have made at university. I would say it has been a great experience, I have improved my listening skills, I have read authors with really important messages; so at the balance, I have learned new things at the course and I think I have improved my English language skills overall. I think my strengths with the language are reading and listening, and, by the other hand, my weakness I think is writing.  For my strengths my method is watching all the series and movies with English subtitles, and also, when I can, I listen to music while I read the lyrics. The thing I have been doing to improve my weakness is writing these blogs, so I really appreciate this teaching method. English IV: Fifth blog

 Hi readers! Today, in my fifth blog, I´ll be writing about my favorite singers/bands. This blog is really difficult because I like music a lot, and I like almost all music genres (except for electronic music) so I decided to pick bands and singers from different genres, choosing the ones that I most listen to in my daily life. One of the genres I listen the most is rap. So, I have 2 favorite singers here, each one from one language: J. Cole and Urbanse. J Cole is an American rapper. He has very meaningful lyrics and his music has a chill vibe. My favorite album of Cole is "4 your eyes only", that is dedicated to his daughter. On the other hand, Urbanse is an Argentinian rapper, unlike Cole, he does not have lyrics with social criticism (or at least not so much as Cole), but anyway they are very good. My favorite album of this artist is named "Desenchufados 2", where he play his songs in live with a friend playing bass and guitar. A thing that I really like a lot of...
